Give every partner the knowledge to represent you, and certify them on it

Partners sell, install and support your products for customers you may never meet, so what a partner knows is what those customers hear as your position.

Why this matters in a partner channel

Partners work from what they were given, so a customer can hear terms that changed after the partner’s copy was sent.

The product facts, the terms a partner may offer and the way the product is installed and supported are written for your own teams first. Partners receive a share of them, prepared once and sent. A new partner starts with that pack and learns the rest from the questions their first customers ask.

Questions then travel the long way round. A partner asks their partner manager, the partner manager asks a product specialist, and the answer arrives after the customer conversation it was needed for.

Certification is built beside the knowledge rather than from it, as a course with its own author and its own schedule.

  • The challenge:

    Copies that outlive their version

A price list or a method saved at launch keeps circulating after it changes.

    With ClearMash Brain:

Partners on the version in force

A revised method or new terms are what partners read from the day they are approved.

  • The challenge:

Answers routed through a few people

The same question comes in from partner after partner, and lands on the same specialists.

    With ClearMash Brain:

Fewer questions to the channel team

Partners find the answer in the portal, so partner managers spend their time on the partnership.

  • The challenge:

Access settled one request at a time

Who may see which price list is decided in email threads, partner by partner.

    With ClearMash Brain:

    Access set by the agreement

Each partner sees what their agreement covers, set once for the partner rather than request by request.

  • The challenge:

Certification written apart from the product

A partner can pass a test written against a product version that has since changed.

    With ClearMash Brain:

    Certification that matches the work

The certification a partner holds covers the products and methods they work with.

  • The challenge:

One product, told differently in each market

Customers in neighboring territories hear different versions of the same offer.

    With ClearMash Brain:

    One story in every market

Customers hear the same position from a partner as from your own teams.

  • The challenge:

Assistants that do not know the agreement

An assistant given every document answers a partner with terms that belong to another agreement.

    With ClearMash Brain:

    An assistant inside the agreement

The partner’s assistant answers from what their agreement covers, and nothing beyond it.

Partners need the What and the How, cut to their agreement

What: which products this partner may sell, on which terms, in which territory, in which version. How: the way your organization installs, supports, explains and escalates it, with the check that comes first and the point where your own team takes over.

The part a partner may use is set by their agreement: their tier, their territory, their product lines. A copy made for them starts a separate version of the position, and from that day it is maintained on its own.

AI makes the boundary matter more. An assistant serving partners has to know what it may say to this partner, what belongs to another agreement, and what stays inside.

One position inside, published to each partner by agreement

Partners read your organization’s current knowledge, cut to what their agreement covers.

The Brain holds each position once: the product facts, the terms and the method your own teams work from. The version partners read is expressed from that position for the partners who may see it, scoped by role, territory and product line.

Partners reach a portal published from the same Brain, with an assistant that answers inside the same limits.

Certification draws on the same source. Assigned reading, an acknowledgement and an assessment to pass are built from the positions partners work from, and the record shows who holds what.

  • Access set by the agreement

Each partner reaches the part of each position their agreement covers.

  • One source behind every partner

A change made inside reaches the portal partners read, because it is the same position.

  • Certification from the same source

What a partner is assessed on is written from what they sell and support.

  • An assistant for every partner

Partners ask in their own words and get the position their agreement covers, in their language.

What a partner has to know before they speak for you

Each of them is settled by the partner’s agreement, before the customer asks.

  • WHATWhat this partner may sell, install or support under their agreement.
  • WHICHWhich version of the product and the method is in force today.
  • WHOWho at the partner holds the certification this work needs.
  • WHENWhen new terms start to apply to the customers they serve.
  • WHEREWhere their territory begins and ends.
  • WHYWhy the position is what it is, in words a partner can repeat to a customer.
  • HOWHow the product is installed, supported and explained, the way your own teams do it.
One position is held inside the organization. The partner’s agreement draws the line: what it covers - the product facts, the method, the terms and the certification - crosses to this partner, and what it does not cover stays inside. The partner installs to the method in force, and the certification it rests on is on record.

A partner installs a product whose method was revised last month.

The technician works to the method in force, on record.

A partner installer, a week after the method changed

A service partner books an installation. The method for this product was revised last month, and the partner’s agreement covers installation in their territory but not the new commercial terms. Their technician has the old guide saved on a laptop.

With a Brain, the partner portal shows the method in force, the check that comes first and the point where your own team takes over, with only the terms their agreement covers. The technician asks the assistant about a part the old guide does not list, and the answer comes from the revised method. The certification record shows the technician holds what this work needs, and the customer gets the installation your own engineers would have done.

Where a Brain sits between your teams and your partners

Your own systems keep the product, the terms and the partner records, and the Brain publishes what each agreement covers.

The Brain sits above those systems. It reads the product facts, the methods, each partner’s agreement and the assessments, and expresses one position for every partner who may see it.

What the Brain reads decides whether a partner’s answer is current. Where it lands decides whether that partner can act on it: the portal, the partner’s assistant, and the record of who is certified on what.

What the Brain reads before a partner does

  • Product specifications and releases What the product is today, in the version your own teams sell.
  • Partner agreements and price lists What each partner may offer, in which territory and on which terms.
  • Installation and support procedures How the product is installed, supported and escalated.
  • Courses, assessments and learning records What partners are assessed on, and who has passed.
  • The partner directory and its roles Which partner an employee works for, and what their role there allows.

  • The channel team The same answer the partner read, when a question does reach the team.

The records stay where they are, and every partner works from the position in force.

Your documents stay

Documents answer the questions their author expected. A customer then asks the next one, in the middle of a sale or an installation.

The Brain answers it from the position itself, cut to the partner’s agreement, in the portal and in the partner’s assistant.

The documents are sources the Brain reads from.

Why ClearMash for partners

ClearMash is the knowledge orchestration layer that keeps your position correct and current, and publishes it to each partner by agreement.

It is Knowledge Sovereignty applied to a channel: the knowledge stays yours, and you decide which partner, and which AI agent, may use which part of it.

Every partner sees what their agreement allows

Access follows the partner’s role and agreement down to the field, and binds their assistant exactly as it binds their people. Partners sign in with their own organization’s identity. Every position they read has an owner, an approval and a version history, and the security certifications are on the Security page.
