- Website Terms of Use What rules apply when I use this website? The terms every visitor to this website accepts by using it, including what may not be done with it, who owns its content, and which terms govern the platforms instead.
- Website Privacy Policy What does this website collect about me, and what are my rights? What this website collects when you browse it, write to us or book a demo, why, who it is shared with, and your rights, with further detail for the EEA and UK and for the US.
- General Terms of Use What rules apply when I use the ClearMash Platforms? The terms every user of the Main, Developers and Support Platforms accepts by using them, including what may not be done with the platforms and who owns what.
- Platform Privacy Policy What personal information does the Platform hold, and what are my rights? What is collected and why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights of an individual user - with separate parts for the EEA and UK and for US state law.
- Master Services Agreement What did our organization sign up to? The contract between ClearMash Solutions Ltd. and the customer named in the Order Form - license, support, fees, customer data, liability, term - with the service levels in Appendix A.
- Data Processing Addendum How is personal data handled when ClearMash processes it for us? The addendum to the Master Services Agreement that governs processing on a customer’s behalf. A table at its top says which of its parts are in force for you.
- API Terms of Use What may I build on the ClearMash API? The terms a developer accepts when calling the ClearMash API on a customer’s behalf: authentication modes, request limits, what the credentials may and may not be used for.
- Sub-processors Who else touches our data? Every third party that processes customer personal data on ClearMash’s behalf, named, with what it is used for. Reviewed annually and bound to the DPA’s standard.
- Cookies Policy What is stored in my browser, and can I turn it off? Every cookie the website and the platforms set, named, with its source and how long it lasts - and what happens if you delete or block them.
- Copyright Policy How do I report content that infringes my copyright? What an infringement notice has to contain, what happens after one is filed, how a counter notification works, and the named agent who receives them.
- Accessibility Statement How accessible is this website, and who do I tell when it is not? The standard this website was built and tested to, what the testing covers and what it does not, the keys and assistive technologies it supports, and the Accessibility Coordinator who takes requests.
- Applicant Privacy Policy What happens to my information when I apply for a role? What ClearMash collects when you apply for a role and why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, how applications may be screened, and your rights, with further detail for the EEA and UK and for the US.
