ClearMash is seeking dynamic, driven, ambitious sales professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join the sales team focusing on complex solution opportunities. The primary responsibilities for these roles include full sales life-cycle management, including: prospecting, discovery, education and thought leadership, solution proposing, negotiating, responding to sales enquiries, developing qualified leads through targeted outbound calling and event attendance and closing business within corporations. The candidate will possess superior negotiation and effective follow-up skills, have the ability to respond and work under pressure, whilst naturally carrying a sales quota. Their communication skills will allow them to present through WebEx, face to face meetings and via the telephone with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, education and thought leadership, solution proposing, negotiating, closing and working closely with the implementation teams to deliver the solution.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers to perform presales feasibility assessments to ensure that ClearMash solutions meet the customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding the business needs and how ClearMash's solutions can meet current and future requirements.
  • Monthly target achieved through successful execution of sales leads and account penetration

Major responsibilities:

  • Use statistical and machine learning techniques to create scalable classification, regression, recommendation, object recognition or text understanding systems
  • Research and implement distributed and scalable machine learning and statistical approaches
  • Working closely with software engineering teams to drive real-time model implementations and new features
  • Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
  • Design, development and evaluation of highly innovative models for training and prediction

Qualifications

  • A MS in CS Machine Learning, Statistics, Operational Research or in a highly quantitative field
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling and analysis
  • 3+ years of R or MATLAB experience
  • 1+ year of Java or C# development experience
  • Strong communication and data presentation skills
  • A PhD in Machine Learning, Statistics, Operational Research or in a highly quantitative field – advantage
  • 3+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling and analysis – advantage

Start-up experience. – advantage

Major responsibilities:

  • Develop new features
  • Research implementation methodologies
  • Working closely with the algorithms scientists teams
  • Implement scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale enterprise software
  • Design, development and evaluation of highly innovative processes

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in c# development.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Strong OO design and coding skills.
  • Fluent in data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous architectures.
  • 1+ years of experience in Java development. – advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree. – advantage
  • Experience building scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems. – advantage
  • Experience owning mission critical, 24x7 systems. – advantage
  • Start-up experience. – advantage

Major responsibilities:

Engineering

  • Review, design and develop data models in conjunction with the application development teams
  • Design, develop, and implement MS SQL database instances for the development and production environments
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to other members of the team.

Operations

  • Test, validate and implement performance and resource optimization improvements in consultation with development teams
  • Maintain development and production environments.
  • Monitor and maintain database security and database software
  • Database & Application( SQL & T-SQL ) performance tuning
  • Backup and recovery
  • Experience managing servers in large-scale environments.
  • Deep knowledge of MS SQL internals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of MS SQL DBA experience
  • 2+ years of MS SQL analysis services DBA experience (OLAP)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS SQL DBA best practices (e.g., schema management, index optimization, and use of hints)
  • Strong query and database tuning skills
  • Fast troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • BS in computer science or related field – advantage

  • Regression testing
  • QA environment maintaining
  • Installing servers
  • Writing QA documents

  • Experience with Windows server installation and configuration
  • Experience with IIS installation and configuration
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software
  • VMWare ESXI installation and configuration – Advantage
  • Familiarity with TFS and Active Directory  – Advantage
